A: Chemme respond to 100% of inquiries received online and offline. Quotes are usually offered within 12 business hours since inquiry. Online inquiries are processed even faster. Quotes are available through emails as well as online in your own Chemme account. Order confirmation are sent immediately after online payment received. For companies enjoying Chemme’s credit term, order confirmation are issued instantly after credit limit verification, usually within hours. Proforma Invoices (PI) are available instantly after quotes. Commercial Invoices (CI) are available after order confirmation. Both can be provided by your Chemme primary contact upon request or be directly downloaded from your own Chemme account.

A: simply log into your Chemme account,go to "My Inquiry" and proceed to order with your quoted items. If your company requires some other documents before an order can be placed, please notify your primary contact at Chemme to seek further assistance. if the product you are interested in has already been online with pricing info of specific packages, you can make a purchase by adding it to the cart and checking out online. If your organization enjoys Chemme credit terms, check-out is much easier via shopping cart. Just choose wire transfer with credit terms and you are set to go.

Q: How to order from Chemme?
A: Payment are accepted only through offline means at this moment, although online credit card payment will be enabled in a few months. For now, to confirm order from quotations or to check out from shopping-cart and if your organization doesn’t enjoy Chemme credit term, please ask your primary contact at Chemme to provide banking details for wire transfer.

Q: How to track my order?
A: After order confirmation, you can see the status of order in your account on Chemme.com. A dispatch notice email will be sent to your registered email address. If you are checking on customization projects, pls contact the sales and they will give you a progress update for each of your orders. Tracking numbers are also available in your order list. You can log in and track your orders any time if the dispatch email is somehow lost. Your primary contact and account representative will be able to assist in customs clearance for international orders. So do let them know if you encountered any trouble.

Q: How to cancel an order?
A: At Chemme, we take great pride in our product quality and service. Therefore, each order cancellation request will be handled one-on-one with our account managers. Q: How to return a product back to Chemme?
A: To avoid confusion, please ask your primary contact for “Return Material Authorization (RMA)” and fill the form with necessary information. Shipping address will be provided to you after RMA approved by Chemme. Refund (if apply) will be processed immediately after returned goods received by Chemme’s Hangzhou Warehouse. Chemme will bare shipping charges and handling fees for returning goods only when product quality is proven compromised within three working days of the delivery date..
